Siren’s Curse

Opening on May 23, 2025, Siren’s Curse is the newest addition to the Cedar Point skyline and holds the distinction of being the tallest and fastest “tilt” coaster in North America. Manufactured by Vekoma, the ride stands 160 feet tall and is defined by its heart-pounding signature element: a horizontal section of track that tilts 90 degrees into a vertical position, locking into place before plunging riders into a high-speed descent. Reaching speeds of 58 mph, the coaster weaves through a compact but intense layout featuring two inversions and integrated “on-track” audio that mimics the haunting call of the mythical siren. Located across from Iron Dragon and the Cedar Creek Mine Ride, this addition utilizes the space formerly occupied by the Wildcat and various perimeter attractions, bringing a modern, high-tech thrill to the park’s historic waterfront area.
