Opening on May 15, 1999, Woodstock Express is a classic family steel coaster that serves as the “step-up” thrill for younger guests transitioning between the park’s kiddie rides and its massive hypercoasters. Manufactured by Vekoma, the ride stands 28 feet tall and reaches a top speed of 28 mph over 1,099 feet of track. Originally debuting as Woodstock’s Express during the transformation of the Berenstain Bear Country into Snoopy Terrace, it features a vibrant yellow track and a custom “train” designed to look like a series of logs. The layout includes a spiraling helix and several gentle dips, providing a smooth but spirited experience that has remained a cornerstone of the Camp Snoopy area for over 25 years.
