Thunderhead

Thunderhead is a wooden roller coaster that utilizes a traditional chain lift hill to ascend to its peak before dropping into a layout of turns and directional changes. The structure is built using a lattice of lumber that supports a wooden track designed for maneuvers through the surrounding terrain. Riders experience instances of airtime and lateral forces as the train navigates a series of banked curves and crossovers. The coaster features a station fly-through, where the track passes directly through the loading building while the train is in motion.
