Stinger is a steel inverted shuttle coaster where riders sit in back-to-back rows suspended beneath the overhead track. The ride sequence begins as a catch car pulls the train backward up a lift hill before releasing it into a course featuring a cobra roll and a vertical loop. Upon climbing a second lift hill at the opposite end of the track, the train repeats the inversions in reverse. The face-to-face seating configuration provides a distinct visual perspective of other passengers during the forceful maneuvers.
