Enchanted Island
Established 1946
Enchanted Island Amusement Park is a 7.5-acre oasis located in the center of the 222-acre Encanto Park in Phoenix, Arizona, specifically designed for children aged one to ten. The park features eleven attractions, highlighted by the Encanto Carousel, which is the oldest continuously operating merry-go-round in Arizona, and a one-third scale replica of the C.P. Huntington Train that provides a seven-minute tour of the island. Other rides include the Dragon Wagon kiddie coaster, the Parachute Tower, and the Red Baron planes, alongside seasonal water attractions like Bumper Boats and the Splash Zone. The park operates on a free-admission model where guests pay per ride or purchase all-day passes, and it is situated adjacent to Encanto Parkβs larger amenities, including a 7.5-acre fishing lagoon, pedal boat rentals, and two golf courses.
