Mine Blower

Opening on June 23, 2017, Mine Blower is the flagship attraction at Fun Spot America Kissimmee and one of the most intense wooden coasters in Florida. Manufactured by Gravity Group, the ride stands 82 feet tall and reaches a top speed of 48 mph, but it is most famous for being one of the few wooden coasters in the world to feature an inversion—a rare 360-degree zero-G barrel roll that suspended riders upside down over the park’s station. The 2,290-foot track is known for its relentless pace, featuring 11 airtime moments and banked turns that exceed 100 degrees. In 2023, the ride underwent a significant technical upgrade where Rocky Mountain Construction (RMC) replaced key high-stress sections of the wooden track with their steel 208 ReTrax system, significantly smoothing out the experience while maintaining the classic “wooden” feel and its signature high-intensity layout.
