Opening on April 8, 1995, as T2 (Terror to the Second Power), this ride made history as the first Vekoma Suspended Looping Coaster (SLC) to open in North America. The attraction featured a “hang-and-bang” experience where riders sat in floorless trains suspended beneath the track, navigating five inversions including a sea serpent roll and two wing overs at speeds of 49 mph. After sitting dormant during the park’s closure from 2010 to 2013, the ride was refurbished and reopened as T3 (Next Generation of Terror) in 2015, debuting a new red track color and specialized trains designed to provide a smoother experience. Despite several years of operation under the new name, the coaster’s aging structure and reputation for roughness led to its permanent closure following the 2022 season; it was eventually dismantled in 2023 to make room for future park development.
