Operating from November 26, 2004, to November 16, 2008, Fiesta Express was a steel kiddie coaster located at the former Cypress Gardens Adventure Park (the site of what is now LEGOLAND® Florida). Manufactured by Zamperla as a “Mini Mouse” model, the ride featured a very compact 262-foot oval layout with a single 8-foot drop and a booster wheel lift hill. While other Cypress Gardens coasters like Triple Hurricane and Okeechobee Rampage were refurbished and re-themed to become LEGOLAND staples (Coastersaurus and The Dragon, respectively), Fiesta Express was not included in the 2011 park conversion. Instead, it was relocated several times, operating in New Jersey and eventually moving to Austin’s Park in Texas, where it has been thrilling young riders since 2013.
