Galacticoaster

Opening on February 27, 2026, Galacticoaster is the high-tech centerpiece of the brand-new LEGO® Galaxy land at LEGOLAND® Florida Resort. Manufactured by ART Engineering, this $94 million indoor “intergalactic” coaster is the park’s most ambitious investment to date, blending traditional thrills with deep personalization and interactive storytelling. The experience begins in a briefing room featuring Biff Dipper, North America’s first large-scale LEGO animatronic, before moving to a customization bay where guests use RFID wristbands to design their own digital spacecraft from over 625 possible combinations. Reaching speeds of 40 mph and heights of 50 feet, the ride utilizes a “Cosmic Rewind Lite” style system with controlled rotations and multiple launches, sending families on a mission to save the galaxy from the “Asteroid of Probable Destruction” while surrounded by immersive lighting and classic LEGO Space characters.
