The original Galaxy Spin was a steel spinning “Wild Mouse” coaster (Zamperla Twister model) that operated at Cypress Gardens Adventure Park on the very site where LEGOLAND stands today. It was famous for its free-spinning cars and sharp, unbanked turns. When Cypress Gardens closed in 2008, this specific ride was not integrated into the new LEGOLAND park. Instead, it was sold and relocated to Fun Spot America Kissimmee, where it still operates today under the same name.
