The Mad Mouse featured a traditional steel structure characterized by tight, flat switchback turns on an upper level followed by several quick drops and camelbacks. Utilizing individual four-person cars, the ride relied on a chain lift hill to reach its peak before traversing the compact layout. Passengers experienced lateral g-forces during the sharp unbanked corners and brief moments of airtime on the concluding hills. The mechanical braking system at the end of the course brought the small vehicles back to the station platform.
