Aftershock is a shuttle coaster that suspends riders beneath the track and maneuvers them through a series of vertical elements. The ride begins with a vertical ascent up a rear tower before releasing the train into a high-speed drop through the station and into a cobra roll and vertical loop. After climbing a second vertical tower, the train repeats the course in reverse, providing a different perspective on the forces and inversions. This mechanical cycle utilizes a catch-car system to pull the train up the towers and gravity to navigate the layout.
