Greyhound

Greyhound was a wooden roller coaster designed by the legendary John A. Miller that operated from 1915 until the park’s temporary closure in 1933. Added due to the immense popularity of the Giant Dip, the ride featured Miller’s signature “safety chain” and high-speed banked turns, serving as a flagship attraction during the park’s early prosperous years. Like many rides of its era, it did not survive the Great Depression-era vacancy and was dismantled before the park was revived in 1940.
